This board was inspired by the Los Encuentros show at Ballroom Marfa. Specifically, the mural on the facade of Ballroom that was done by Ozzie Juarez, and the accompanying poster. The vibe is "late 70s / early 80s flat pig".
The specs are as follows:
Deck: Beer City "Uncut - 11"- 70's flat concave with upkicked tail", custom pyrography (wood burning) and stain dye job. Top coated generously with Lucid light clear grip. 9.75" x 30.625", 16" wheelbase, 6.75" tail, 2.625" nose.
Trucks: Vintage Gullwing Sidewinders circa 1990. 9.00" axle, 157mm hanger. Custom engraved and faced hangers.
Wheels: Marphemeral 57mm x 32mm ~96a old school "roller-skate" style wheels. Custom dyed.
Risers: 7 ply Beer City wood, 5/8" thick. Custom pyrography and stain job.
Other: Coolstep "Abec 11" bearings, 8mm spacers, 1.5" hardware.
